At KJM Vinyl Decals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Item

  Place the unused decal or apparel in its original packaging to ensure it remains flat and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
